The first step of Design Thinking is "empathize". This is where the designer understands the user's needs, behaviours, and motivations within an industry. I say, a better FIRST STEP should be "issues". This is where the designer studies the industry looking for problems, weaknesses, missing elements, and failures and then creates solutions. For example, the lithium batteries used in conventional EVs are dangerous, heavy, and expensive to make. To me, lithium batteries are an issue in the electric-car industry. It is a problem that should be solved.
To help businesses create better products and services, I have created an "Issues Finding Service". I will do a "user-testing" session of your website, products or services, and tell you issues I find. For a fee, I will offer suggestions on how to fix them. This will help you improve these problem areas to gain competitive advantages in the industry.
My service is affordable. I will study your website and tell you issues I notice. The fee for the full report is $99.
If you are interested, click the link below and fill out the form. I will do the study and get back to you within three business days. The full report may take up to seven business days.
